PeerConnect was founded with a mission to support first responders in their mental health and well-being. It all started when a dedicated paramedic was appointed as a wellness director following a series of tragic losses within their organization. Tasked with the overwhelming responsibility of checking in on every member and ensuring no one slipped through the cracks, they recognized the need for a more scalable and effective solution. That’s when they partnered with our development team to create PeerConnect—a purpose-built wellness app designed specifically for first responders. By combining technology with peer support, our platform helps departments and organizations provide the care and connection their teams need, when they need it most.
